Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years of program management or volunteer coordination experience.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Selects, orients, trains, schedules and evaluates volunteers.
• Develops recruitment, retention and recognition strategies to meet annual department goals.
• Oversees and supervises community volunteers and related in-service programs.
• Maintains volunteer files; ensures trainings and safety education are completed.
• Collects and maintains statistical data and ensures regulatory compliance.
