Job summary

The position requires a relevant degree or substantial related experience and the ability to work across municipal partners, managing inventories, events, and volunteer engagement in a city context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in community work or related duties.
• High school diploma and six years of related experience.
• Any equivalent education/experience combination with at least one year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support PfP volunteer programming under the Senior Volunteer Coordinator.
• Maintain volunteer supply inventories and manage purchases and returns.
• Input and manage data in Salesforce and other databases; create online forms.
• Prepare reports and presentations; attend meetings as needed.
• Coordinate with PfP, CPF and NYC Parks staff across departments.

Education

Baccalaureate degree + 2 years experience in community work

High school diploma + 6 years experience
