Responsibilities

• Owns volunteer performance management, engagement, and issue resolution.
• Conducts ongoing rounding and assessments with volunteers and leaders.
• Designs and leads end-to-end volunteer lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, and placement optimization.
• Provides facility-level analytics using Press Ganey, Workday, and TASS to inform decisions.
• Represents Volunteer Services in forums to align with operations and patient experience goals.
