The Bachrach Group seeks a Director of Volunteer Programs and Fulfillment Centers in Midtown Manhattan to lead strategic volunteer engagement across NYC and the Tri-State area, aligning donor interests with organizational needs.

You will manage three direct reports, oversee daily fulfillment center operations, and drive expansion into the Bronx, building partnerships with corporations, schools, and nonprofits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in development, donor relations, corporate engagement, nonprofit events, community engagement, and/or volunteer management.
• Proven track record managing and mentoring a team across multiple programs.
• Experience developing engagement opportunities for donor cultivation and stewardship.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage strategic priorities and day-to-day operations across locations.
• Cultural competency and experience working with diverse populations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead volunteer engagement strategy and programs that deepen donor and partner relationships.
• Oversee planning and execution of events across five boroughs and regional expansion.
• Manage Midtown Manhattan fulfillment center operations and Bronx expansion plans.
• Mentor the Volunteer Programs and Fulfillment Centers team and set priorities.
• Represent the organization at community events and donor engagements across the Tri-State area.
• Develop partnerships with corporations, schools, nonprofits to broaden engagement.
• Design and oversee large-scale volunteer programs including logistics, staffing, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate across departments to integrate volunteerism with development goals.
• Maintain annual calendar of opportunities aligned with needs and fundraising priorities.
• Oversee internships, fellowships, and service programs to expand capacity.
• Develop recognition strategies and pathways for continued engagement.
• Manage budgets and resources for volunteer programs and fulfillment operations.
