Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in development, donor relations, corporate engagement, nonprofit events, community engagement, and/or volunteer management.
• Proven track record mentoring a team and overseeing multiple programs or workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Met Council's volunteer engagement strategy and events across the five boroughs.
• Oversee operations and engagement at the Spitzer Fulfillment Center and Bronx Fulfillment Center expansion.
• Manage and mentor the Volunteer Programs and Fulfillment Centers team.
• Represent Met Council at community events, donor engagements, and speaking opportunities.
• Develop volunteer and donor opportunities aligned with fundraising goals.
