Job summary

Wevise is seeking a Program Design Lead to shape and scale our 16-week mentorship experience. You’ll partner with Programs and Product teams to craft the participant journey, and create mentor/mentee resources that scale with Wevise’s growth.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or scaling programs, learning experiences, or communities.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for creating meaningful experiences.
• You might come from nonprofit programs, learning and development, community building, member experience, or program operations.
