Job summary

Wevise, a nonprofit advancing tech careers for underrepresented communities, seeks a mission-driven Program Director to lead and scale our mentorship program. Reporting to the Chief Programs Officer, you will own program development, build out the programs team, and help shape our platform and community impact.

You will design, launch, and manage programs for our mentorship community, define KPIs, develop partnerships, and collaborate with leadership to align programs with organizational goals.

Wevise is a nonprofit on a mission to make tech careers more attainable for underrepresented and disadvantaged communities through mentorship, education, and career opportunities. Our second mentorship cohort launches later this year — and we're building it from the ground up.
