Job summary

CRISTA Ministries seeks a Volunteer Coordinator/Life Enrichment Admin Support for Cristwood Park Senior Living in Shoreline, WA. You will recruit, onboard, and schedule volunteers, assist with calendars, newsletters, and planning activities to enrich residents’ daily lives.

You’ll collaborate with Life Enrichment staff, manage event logistics, and help with outreach, while maintaining records and ensuring compliance for a thriving community focused on wellbeing and faith-based service.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating volunteers or similar programs.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, volunteers and staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day operations of Cristwood Park Senior Living events.
• Recruit, onboard and schedule volunteers for activities.
• Create and manage calendars, newsletters and event logistics.
• Coordinate space reservations and A/V setup for events.
• Ensure background checks and compliance for volunteers.
