Job summary

Feeding Northeast Florida is seeking a Volunteer Engagement Manager to lead our volunteer strategy and create meaningful, mission-centered opportunities for the community. You will own volunteer programs, oversee the volunteer experience from recruitment through recognition, and build SOPs, training, and data reporting.

Reporting to the VP of Strategic Initiatives, this role partners with Operations and Community Engagement to grow impact and partnerships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience developing, implementing, or managing volunteer or community programs preferred.
• Experience creating training, procedures, or program materials preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and ongoing management of volunteer programs.
• Oversee recruitment, orientation, recognition, and ongoing engagement.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and volunteer training materials.
• Coordinate with Operations and Community Engagement to expand opportunities.
• Analyze volunteer data and report impact metrics.
• Support leadership and mentor Volunteer Coordinators.
