SAINT LOUIS PUBLIC SCHOOLS is seeking a Data Specialist for Student Support Services to support recruitment, tracking, screening, coordination, training and retention of volunteers and community partners. The role ensures engagement aligns with district goals and serves as a key contact for volunteers and frontline school representatives.

The Specialist will assist in daily operations, coordinate events, generate reports, and support program development with school liaisons and district staff.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with volunteer management software.
• Experience in school-based or nonprofit volunteer engagement desired.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support volunteers and partners, responding to inquiries and issues promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date records, schedules, and communications.
• Assist in managing department data and background screens; support online volunteer platform.
• Assist in development and implementation of volunteer, family and community programs and events.
• Organize volunteer, mentor, and community engagement events and maintain key partner relationships.
• Coordinate training sessions for volunteers and frontline staff; develop training materials.
• Provide general administrative support including scheduling, records, and budget tracking.
