Job summary

The Warren Center is seeking a Development Coordinator to support the Development team with volunteer management, donor relations, and events coordination. This role represents the organization in the community, helping expand awareness of our mission and our impact.

You will assist with donor stewardship, manage volunteer programs, and collaborate with the marketing team to advance fundraising and community engagement initiatives. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent).
• Preferred: 2+ years in advancement or development office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage volunteer engagement, onboarding, scheduling, and stewardship of volunteer groups.
• Manage annual giving donor portfolio, cultivate relationships, steward gifts, solicit support.
• Plan and execute fundraising events, manage invitations, RSVPs, registrations, and day-of logistics.
• Represent The Warren Center at community events to increase visibility and relationships.
• Cultivate relationships with community partners and local organizations.
• Support sponsor outreach and fulfillment of sponsor benefits.
• Prepare donor acknowledgement letters and follow-up communications.
