• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Donor Management Software (Bloomerang experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate volunteer engagement and onboarding for volunteers, corporate groups, schools, and civic organizations.
• Develop relationships with community organizations to increase volunteer involvement.
• Write donor communications and stewardship materials.
• Create social media content highlighting donor impact and programs.
• Assist with donor cultivation events and fundraising campaigns.
• Plan and coordinate Foster Teen Birthday Program and Holiday Gift Giving Program.
• Maintain volunteer and project records in agency databases and prepare reports.
