Responsibilities

• Cultivate, solicit and steward a portfolio of donors and volunteers; build engagement strategies to maximize giving.
• Manage the volunteer database portfolio, reporting, opportunities, and recording volunteer hours.
• Engage with volunteers to develop personalized strategies to strengthen relationships and identify giving opportunities.
• Collaborate with Program Directors to identify prospects and fulfill volunteer needs for events and programs.
• Conduct monthly portfolio reviews and implement tailored engagement plans to grow the donor base.
• Coordinate with the Director of Events to organize events that involve volunteers across departments.
• Responsible for a fundraising goal of $75,000.
