Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred in history, communications, hospitality, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in volunteer coordination, membership services, or related field highly preferred.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Utah driver's license within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and support museum volunteers.
• Serve as primary contact for volunteer questions and concerns.
• Ensure volunteers follow policies, safety procedures, and codes of conduct.
• Track and report volunteer participation and engagement.
• Coordinate volunteer assignments to support daily operations and programs.
• Administer guest membership program including enrollments and renewals.
• Maintain volunteer and membership records and databases.
