• 2+ years in volunteer coordination or nonprofit administration required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and basic website CMS.

• Coordinate volunteer orientation, placement, and scheduling.
• Maintain volunteer records and hours for reporting and audits.
• Manage in-kind donations records and distribution.
• Update Porchlight website and coordinate newsletters and mailed appeals.
• Support community partnerships and onsite services planning.
• Provide IT/telecommunications support and act as first contact for staff tech issues.
• Assist with events and fundraising activities as needed.
