A valid CDL with passenger endorsement and a clean driving record are required. Candidates must pass background and MVR checks, FMCSA Clearinghouse verification, and drug/alcohol testing as part of pre-employment processes.

Qualifications

• CDL with passenger endorsement (P) is required
• Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or citations in 5 years
• Pass background check and FMCSA Clearinghouse check
• Annual drug and/or alcohol testing required (pre-employment, random, post-incident)
• Maintain faith alignment with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith

Responsibilities

• Transport students and LifeWise volunteers to and from the LifeWise site
• Obey traffic laws and maintain bus cleanliness and safety
• Perform regular bus inspections and refuel as needed
• Create and maintain a safe environment for children; enforce safety rules
• Assist students with entering/exiting and monitor behavior
• Complete required LifeWise Academy training and participate as agreed with the director
