Pittsburgh Mercy seeks a Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to manage the volunteer experience from recruitment through ongoing support for individuals and corporate volunteers. Volunteer Engagement Coordinator, manages all aspects of the volunteer experience, including recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and ongoing support for individual and corporate volunteers. The Coordinator will collaborate with program leadership to identify opportunities where volunteer engagement can enhance service delivery and align with organizational priorities. Additionally, this position oversees Pittsburgh Mercy’s in‑kind gifts program, ensuring that donated items are solicited, received, documented, and distributed in support of client and program needs. The role also supports events, donor engagement, and various Development Department initiatives to further fundraising and outreach goals.
Full time
Monday–Friday (between 8am -6pm), with occasional evenings, weekends, and local travel.
