Qualifications

• Must possess Iowa Coaching Authorization or Iowa Teaching License with Coaching Endorsement.
• Experience coordinating and leading high school volleyball programs is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and boosters.

Responsibilities

• Teach and coach volleyball fundamentals and techniques to youth.
• Develop and maintain a competitive high school volleyball program.
• Motivate student-athletes in academics and on the court.
• Communicate with administration, staff, students, and booster club.
• Assist with MTSS implementation for behavior and academics.
• Work with Athletic Boosters and attend meetings as required.
• Ensure proper supervision and safety during practices and games.
• Assist feeder programs and youth camps as applicable.
