Assist customers through the full sales process, conduct test drives, and share product knowledge. Follow up on leads, maintain relationships, and represent Volkswagen of New Port Richey in a polished, professional manner in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Previous sales or customer service experience required.
• Automotive dealership sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong computer and CRM skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through the full automotive sales process from vehicle selection to purchase.
• Conduct test drives and provide product knowledge.
• Follow up with sales leads and maintain communication with current customers.
• Represent Volkswagen of New Port Richey in a polished and professional manner.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
