Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize IP networks, SIP trucking, and VoIP for UC solutions.
• Manage and integrate traditional telephony with modern UC platforms.
• Lead systems integration to ensure seamless operation across communications systems.
• Implement and maintain UC system security measures.
• Provide technical support during and after transition to minimize downtime.
• Develop and deliver training and manage the change process.
