Insight Global is seeking a System Engineer to regionally support a large FAA program focused on modernizing voice communication systems within Air Traffic Control. Responsibilities include assisting the design, integration and deployment of voice systems for ATC projects and creating documentation to meet customer requirements.

You will translate customer needs into requirements, prepare status reports, and interface with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• CCNA knowledge preferred or related networking background.
• 4+ years designing network infrastructure hardware for critical infra customers (VoIP, On-Premises).
• Experience with requirement management tools (JIRA, DOORS, Cameo).
• Proficiency in Excel (including scripting) and Visio; strong technical writing skills.
• Flexible, fast learner with ability to adapt to FAA program requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assist design, integration and deployment of voice comms systems/subsystems for ATC projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation per customer requirements.
• Translate customer needs into formal requirements.
• Prepare regular project status reports.
