Insight Global is hiring a Field Service Representative (ATC) to deploy, configure and maintain advanced ATC systems across customer sites nationwide. You will survey systems, diagnose issues and ensure performance KPIs while collaborating with partners and clients in a high-visibility role.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in system deployment, experience in telecom/IP networking or VoIP, and eligibility for FAA/government security clearance. Travel will be frequent.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in systems diagnosing, upkeep, and deployment.
• Telecom cabling, IP networking or VoIP systems.
• Occasional domestic and international deployments on short notice.
• Eligibility for FAA and government security clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree required; if no degree, 15 years of experience equivalent.

Mansioni

• Assist deployment, configuration and upkeep of ATC systems across customer sites nationwide.
• Conduct system surveys and diagnose technical issues to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with contracting partners and clients in a high-visibility support role.
• Represent the company professionally to increase customer satisfaction.
