Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced FSR to support deployment, configuration and upkeep of advanced ATC systems at customer sites nationwide. The role includes conducting system surveys, diagnosing issues, and ensuring systems meet strict KPIs while working with partners and clients in a highly visible support capacity.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in deployment and maintenance, strong telecom/IP networking or VoIP background, and eligibility for FAA/government clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in systems diagnosing, upkeep, and deployment.
• Telecom cabling, IP networking or VoIP systems.
• Short notice domestic and occasional international deployments.
• Eligibility for FAA and government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Survey and configure ATC systems across customer sites.
• Diagnose technical issues and maintain KPIs for performance.
• Collaborate with contracting partners and clients in a high-visibility role.
