Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform software/firmware changes and upgrades for trunks, circuits, and configurations.
• Maintain and audit master listings of active telephone numbers and hardware types.
• Manage VoIP devices and user databases across the network.
• Troubleshoot voice delivery issues and resolve REMEDY tickets.
• Document configurations and audit database records.
