Job summary
NT Concepts in Washington, DC is seeking a VoIP Engineer to perform configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of voice systems for IP telephony networks. The role involves managing engineering VoIP projects and optimizing VoIP/IP-telephone systems and services.
The ideal candidate will design, maintain VoIP systems, and collaborate with IT teams while having a Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field is required.
- A minimum of four (4) years of telecommunications experience primarily configuring and maintaining data and voice networks.
- Must have CCNA/CCNP Voice certifications.
Responsibilities
- Design, support and maintain secure and non-secure VoIP telephone systems.
- Monitor and identify capacity and performance issues for VoIP traffic.
- Provide on-site administration and support of Cisco VoSIP and other voice products.
