Job summary

Addison Group in Columbia, TN is seeking a Network Engineer with a VoIP/telephony focus to support daily operations and infrastructure upgrades. You will mainly support phone systems, Cisco Meraki gear, and enterprise networking. This 6-month contract-to-hire role is onsite with potential for hybrid long-term work.

Candidates should have exposure to Webex, VoIP, and troubleshooting across wired and wireless networks. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience with VoIP, telephony, or technical support.
• Familiarity with Webex, Cisco voice platforms, or comparable systems.
• Exposure to Meraki switching or related devices.
• Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting methods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily support and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot VoIP, telephony, and business phone systems.
• Provide technical assistance for Webex and related voice services.
• Diagnose phone/connectivity problems and work with users to resolve issues.
• Support firewall and network security activities as needed.
• Document issues and infrastructure changes; collaborate with senior engineers.
