Job summary

Ohio ENT & Allergy Physicians is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in voice and upper airway disorders, advancing patient care through comprehensive evaluations and individualized therapy plans.

The role offers Monday–Friday schedules with competitive pay and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options. A CCC-SLP is preferred, with licensure in Ohio and strong collaboration with physicians.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Ohio Board License issued by the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board.
• CCC-SLP preferred or eligible.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct flexible video laryngoscopy with stroboscopy (VLS) exams.
• Conduct comprehensive voice evaluations.
• Diagnose voice, upper airway and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement therapy plans to treat voice, upper airway and swallowing disorders.
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians to treat voice disorders.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable guidelines.
• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Aide.
