Pay is $24–$35 per hour for the United States, with local rates in 144 countries. YPAI pays biweekly via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer after your profile is reviewed.

Qualifications

What you do

• Record assigned prompts and passages with a phone or a computer.
• Speak clearly and at a natural pace, following the guidelines for the batch.
• Submit through the platform inside the agreed window.

What you need

• A language you speak natively or near-natively. Every language is wanted, and regional accents and dialects are wanted rather than tolerated.
• A quiet room and a device that records without distortion.
• Stable internet and basic comfort with a web tool.
• 18 years or older.

No prior experience is required. Tell us your languages, your accent and your recording setup when you apply; that is what decides which batches reach you.

Pay
