Akkodis seeks Integration Solution Engineers to join our onsite team in Greensboro, NC. You will connect customer applications with body equipment and factory options to deliver well-integrated, ready-to-install vehicle solutions.

You will collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product Management, Engineering and dealers, guiding option selections, documenting requirements and ensuring smooth handoffs before installation. Competitive pay and benefits eligible.

Formación

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and configuration documents.
• Experience supporting heavy-duty vehicle or body integration projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination across dealers, installers and engineering teams.
• Capability to document requirements, assumptions and limitations clearly.
• Analytical judgment and initiative to manage multiple requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop knowledge of vocational platform, options and integration interfaces.
• Translate customer inputs into vehicle specifications and integration recommendations.
• Guide dealers in selecting factory options and prep work for chassis layouts and installation.
• Identify electrical wiring, power, control interfaces and programming preparations.
• Evaluate compatibility and trade-offs using engineering judgment and specialist input.
• Coordinate integration requirements among dealers, body builders, installers and internal teams.
• Recommend prep work to minimize rework and speed up entry into service.
• Research programming and reconfiguration opportunities to improve performance.
• Create guides, checklists and training materials for dealers.
