Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Experience with adults with mental health diagnoses or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess individuals for hopes and desired goals and provide supports to help achieve them.
• Protect and promote the rights of individuals; develop advocacy skills.
• Serve as a resource for community agencies and supports meeting identified needs.
• Supervise, educate, and monitor individuals in work settings (community, vocational workshops, day supports).
• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
