You will provide guidance and counseling with resume building and job development across multiple locations. You will network with local employers about hiring incentive benefits and assist clients in maintaining employment through regular visits to work sites, delivering practical coaching and advocacy in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience accepted.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle to assist clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality vocational supports including resume building & job development.
• Network with local employers to educate them on hiring incentive benefits.
• Assist clients in maintaining employment by frequent visits to the work site.
