Job summary

Harbor, Inc. seeks a Vocational Coordinator to lead the Toledo Vocational Services team. The role oversees program delivery, staff development, and customer service excellence for participants and community partners.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating training, managing referrals and billing, and ensuring services meet Harbor's standards. The position supports efficient office operations across multiple sites and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work or closely related behavioral/mental field plus 1 year vocational rehabilitation experience or an Associates' degree plus 3 years vocational rehabilitation experience; or 5 years' experience providing vocational rehabilitation services to OOD, ODJFS, and/or DBH funding sources.
• Professional licensure preferred (CRC, LPC, LSW, LMHC).
• Proficient in technology; able to generate and interpret performance data.

Responsibilities

• Fosters an open, communicative team environment and champions excellent customer care.
• Supervises assigned staff including evaluations and involvement in hiring decisions.
• Manages client needs, visit scheduling, payer source eligibility and verification.
