Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and experience supervising staff.
• Manages up to 12 employees and directs work.
• Valid driver’s license with personal vehicle insurance; CPR/First Aid certifications requested.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and ensures quality training and development programs for people supported.
• Supervises classroom and vocational activities; coordinates schedules/events for staff.
• Ensure confidentiality and safety; report incidents of abuse, neglect or exploitation.
• Trains staff on day program procedures and ensures adequate staffing.
