Job summary

00 RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Vocational Program Manager Regular role in Kannapolis, NC. The person will supervise classroom and vocational activities, coordinate schedules and events for Direct Support staff and Vocational Instructors, and lead the program in alignment with our curriculum philosophy and mission.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and experience with the population served and supervising the work of others.
• Ability to supervise classroom and vocational activities and coordinate schedules/events of Direct Support employees and Vocational Instructors.

Responsibilities

• Formulates training policies, programs, and schedules based on individual needs and company processes.
• Devises teaching tools and learning materials tailored to each person supported.
• Coordinates tools and equipment used in classroom settings.
• Directs and monitors contract work.
• Negotiates rates with vendors for contract work.
• Reports incidents of abuse, neglect, or exploitation to management.
• Instructs in all aspects of individualized programs including learning and development.
• Monitors staff performance and provides input for evaluations.
