Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Vocational Program Manager to supervise classroom and vocational activities, coordinate Direct Support staff and Vocational Instructors, and ensure the delivery of high-quality training and habilitation programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health or substance use challenges.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and experience with the population served and supervising the work of others.
• Must be able to supervise up to 12 employees and manage shift directions.
• Pre-employment screening including criminal background and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Formulates training policies, programs, and schedules based on individuals' needs and company processes.
• Devises teaching tools and materials tailored to each person supported.
• Directs and monitors contract work and negotiates vendor rates.
• Coaching: instructs people supported in all facets of their individualized programs.
• Trains staff on day program procedures and ensures adequate staffing.
• Interfaces between day program and community workers to develop instructional plans.
