Job summary

You will supervise and educate individuals in various settings, maintain safety and documentation, and participate in ongoing staff training.

Qualifications

• Experience working with adults with a mental health diagnosis and/or developmental disabilities.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Driver's License (Valid) - USA.

Responsibilities

• Assess each person receiving services for their hopes, dreams, and desires and provide supports that facilitate achievement.
• Ensure the rights of each person receiving services are protected and promoted at all times; help develop advocacy skills and use advocates.
