Job summary

Range Center, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to support individuals with disabilities in vocational settings and daily living activities.

You will supervise and train participants, promote skill development, and use approved procedures to maintain safety and well-being. The role requires lifting and assisting individuals, following program plans, and maintaining confidential, accurate records.

Qualifications

• Must have Minnesota driver’s license and be insurable.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to push, lift, and transfer individuals over 50 pounds with assistance or mechanical lifts.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read/work with trained materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and training in vocational programs tailored to each individual.
• Assist with personal care, health maintenance, and medication administration per physician orders.
• Implement individual program plans and risk management as written.
• Maintain accurate written records and documentation for regulatory compliance.
