Placement Partners MN Inc is seeking a Vocational Coverage Specialist to work part time in Edina, MN. You will meet clients in the community, assist with resumes, job applications, interview practice, and accompany individuals to employer meetings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and up-to-date auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in exploring career interests and securing community employment.
• Provide resume creation, employer outreach, application assistance, and interview prep.
• Deliver on-the-job coaching, onboarding, scheduling, transportation, and barrier resolution.
• Support retention through ongoing training, advocacy, and problem-solving with employers.
• Facilitate community integration and life skills development with person-centered support.
