Ponca City Development Authority is hiring a Vocational Job Coach in Oklahoma. The role provides individualized job-site training to employees with developmental disabilities and helps them obtain and maintain employment in the local job market.

You will work with a local employer and support participants through training, placement, and ongoing job support, ensuring compliance with program requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Oklahoma driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Must pass OSBI background check.
