Job summary

CorVel is seeking a Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant (QRC)/Vocational Case Manager in Minnesota. This field-based role involves providing vocational rehab services and medical case management to injured individuals, coordinating with client, insurer, physicians, employers, attorneys, and others to facilitate timely return to work.

The position requires in-person travel within MN and residency in MN. Candidates with RN or OT licensure or vocational rehab training are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field.
• QRC registration with MN Department of Labor and Industry (or ability to obtain).
• CRC or CDMS certification preferred.
• Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, RN or OT license, or Spanish bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and carry out appointments with client, family, adjuster, medical providers, employer, attorney, vendors as necessary.
• Complete forms according to industry requirements.
• Prepare organized reports within a specified timeframe.
• Document all case activity in files.
• Complete ongoing educational requirements as required by certifying entities.
• May attend committee meetings, present instructional programs, administer vocational testing and review results, perform labor market research.
• Additional duties as required.
