Qualifications

• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop client-centered, measurable service plan goals.
• Record case activity within required timeframes.
• Engage clients in services and monitor progress.
• Provide guidance, advocacy and support to victims of crime.
• Attend court proceedings and client appointments.
• Follow agency policies and participate in supervision and training.
• Some travel and outreach participation.
