Job summary

Catholic Charities, Hartford, CT, seeks a Clinical Coordinator to oversee a VOCA-funded peer recovery program. You will provide direct clinical services, supervise a peer recovery specialist, and ensure contractual compliance and data reporting.

The role emphasizes program development, trauma-informed care, and building a support network for crime victims in the Hartford area. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Transportation required.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible clinician in CT (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A)

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct clinical services (assessment, brief therapy, safety planning, trauma-informed care) to VOCA clients.
• Ensure compliance with VOCA and CT OVS/Judicial Branch contract requirements by preparing quarterly statistical data and annual reports.
• Utilize a secure EHR to document services, track outcomes, and support program evaluation.
• Manage referrals and triage cases for clinical needs.
• Provide individual supervision to a peer recovery specialist, grounded in IPS principles.
• Coordinate training and professional development to enhance peer competencies.
