Volunteers of America–Greater New York (VOA–Greater New York) is seeking a Case Manager to work with clients experiencing domestic violence, assessing needs, planning actions, linking to services and monitoring progress in our NYC-area programs.
The successful candidate will have an associate degree or 60 college credits in Human Services or a high school diploma with shelter experience, plus strong verbal and written communication skills and basic computer abilities.

The Case Manager works with clients experiencing domestic violence to assess their strengths and needs, plan a course of action, link the client to services, counsel the client and monitor progress.
Candidates with related experience with domestic violence preferred.
