Job summary

Hexborn is seeking an experienced VO Director to lead voice direction for its cast, working closely with actors to draw authentic performances. You will direct motion capture sessions and may perform in them, shaping narrative decisions and the overall storytelling arc.

This creative leadership role requires strong people skills, a deep passion for performance arts, and the ability to push back on lines or beats to serve the story. Remote-first for 3–6 months, then hybrid on-site.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with performance arts and voice direction.
• Ability to draw strong vocal performances from actors.
• Experience directing motion capture sessions and performing in them as needed.
• Willingness to influence narrative decisions beyond execution.
