Job summary

Gurnick Academy is seeking Part-Time Clinical Nursing Instructors (RN) for the Vocational Nursing program at our Concord Campus. There are AM and PM shifts, with hourly pay between $35.00 and $50.00. Responsibilities include teaching in a clinical setting and collaborating with faculty to develop the program.

Requirements include RN or LVN license and a nursing degree (BSN/ASN/ADN) from an accredited school, plus 3 years (with Bachelor's) or 6 years (with Associate's). Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN license required.
• BSN or ASN/ADN in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse with a Bachelor's degree or 6 years of experience with an Associate's degree.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned classes in a Clinical setting for the Vocational Nursing program.
• Meet with didactic and clinical faculty members to discuss program development.
• Support the Campus Director and Nursing Program Coordinator in organizing and implementing the program's standards.
• Maintain current knowledge of medical education and ensure the facilities meet continuing medical education requirements.
