Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – VMware to provide technical expertise around VMware and related technologies. You will lead presales engagements, design VCF private cloud solutions, and present compelling proposals to guide customer outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, a consultative approach, and up-to-date knowledge of VMware offerings. This remote position may report to the Austin, Texas office as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in a technical role.
Presales experience with VMware products.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Lead technical presales engagements through the sales cycle.
Design VCF private cloud solutions with SME guidance.
Create presentations and proposals for sales processes.
Collaborate with CIO/CTO and procurement to align goals.
