Job summary

REALIGN LLC in Framingham, MA is seeking an experienced VMware administrator to design, deploy, and manage enterprise virtualization across production, DR, and test environments.

You will lead cluster lifecycle, troubleshoot ESXi hosts and VMs, manage patching and security hardening, implement backup and DR solutions, and collaborate with Storage, Network, Security, and Server teams to ensure high availability and performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure backup, recovery, replication, snapshots, and DR for virtualized workloads.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and governance.
