Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled specialist to own and operate a virtualization platform (VDI/RDSH) across end-to-end ticketing, proactive monitoring, and image lifecycle management. The role emphasizes EUX management for enterprise IT services.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience in virtualization and EUC operations, with strong familiarity in VMware Horizon, vSphere, and related tooling.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of escalated tickets and EUX management for virtualization platforms.
• Stable, secure, and performant VDI/RDSH environment delivery and maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent virtualization/EUC experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage VMware Horizon VDI/RDSH environments and image lifecycle.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize EUX delivery for end users.
• Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell or Python.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Provide a stable, secure, and performant virtualization platform (VDI and RDSH) through end‑to‑end ownership of escalated tickets, proactive monitoring, disciplined image lifecycle management, and outcome‑based end‑user experience (EUX) management.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience in Virtualization / EUC support and operations

Strong Experience With

• VMware Horizon VDI and RDSH environments


• Windows OS administration and image management


• ITIL-based processes experience


• Proven experience in enterprise IT services and operations
