Overview

Data Analyst role contracted through Innova Solutions. Position type: Contract (Hybrid Role); Location: Charlotte, NC; Duration: 12 months (with high possibilities of extension).

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and processing to support transparency of how the workforce spends time.
• Run data and process gathering and design sessions; develop material including process documentation, training and education material; capture business requirements for development of management-level operational dashboards.
• Process Design and Documentation: contribute to data gathering for organizational-wide process design and procedural documentation.
• Data Analysis: perform large-volume data analysis to develop thematic analytical output and identify correlations and trends to support transformational change.
• Data Models/Dashboards: construct and sustain data models and capture requirements for operational dashboards.
• Tools: Agile, JIRA, Tableau, MicroStrategy, ITSM.

Qualifications / Ideal Candidate

• Experience with Agile, JIRA, Tableau, MicroStrategy, ITSM.
• Data Analyst background with ability to develop dashboards and data-driven insights.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range: $50/HR – $55/HR. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, location, job duties, and certifications.
