Agilix Solutions in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) Associate to lead on-site engagements of the SupplyMaster program, build partnerships, and deliver superior service to customers' workplaces.

You will visit multiple customer locations, perform on-site inventory tasks, coordinate with sales and service teams, and help drive accurate data updates and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, manufacturing, or industrial settings with inventory management knowledge.
• Familiarity with electrical, safety, or industrial distribution is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and internal teams to understand customer needs and promote VMI solutions.
• On-site inventory tasks including scanning, order entry, stocking, and data updates; support expediting and vendor training.
• Conduct daily visits to multiple customer locations using a company vehicle; maintain vehicle condition and professional on-site service.
